- Got to body surf on vacation — hadn’t done that in years
- Mexican salsa can get very spicy! Do not drink beer while trying to kill the burn …
- Superior beer is anything but superior
- Finally found out what arrachera is — it’s a flank steak. Carne asada is a skirt steak. FYI arrachera is juicer and thicker.
- Gallo beer from Guatemala is cheap and watery
- Fire ants can be lethal and put you in a wheel chair — I kid you not! And no I wasn’t the unlucky victim.
- Back to work tomorrow … been a nice week off. We were overdue for that one!
Dan, thanks for downloading the video and the pics right away. Sure appreciate it. Lots of love to you and Gin and the kids… Miss you guys already! But it has been a fun week with everyone!
