You may not agree with all their beliefs, I may not either. However the premise of law is “innocent until proven guilty”. Yet the media has painted FLDS members of the YFZ ranch has heinous criminals hell bent on abusing their children. Update 2: Court of Appeals in Austin declares that Texas authorities acted inappropriately and Judge Walthers now has 10 days to act on their ruling.

So I’m going through our local border patrol check point (inside the USA might I add) and the n00b agent at the station takes a long time peering through the tinted windows of my van. He proceeds to ask me what I carry in the van.

My reply is that I’m not carrying anything in the van at present.

He comes back to me with “well what do you usually carry in the van”.

I respond “it’s a work van I carry a lot of different things in it”.

This goes back and forth a couple times before he asks, “why do you use this for a work van?”

At this point I’m about ready to slap him silly, but mustering up my best Christian graces I respond that it’s a great work van and that’s why I use it.

He answers, “well you have a lot of brush in your van, it looks rather suspicious” and let’s me go.

Now if the guy really needed a stick of hash he could have just straight up asked, but in all honesty I don’t get his logic and have one more straw against my wonderful government that wants to know why the **** my van is dirty INSIDE!

Apparently this is considered entering a household in “Good Faith”.

Straight from the mouth of a Republican, no matter how much John McCain tries to backtrack and eat his words by saying it was the First, no wait the Second, or was it the Third Gulf War. The cat is out of the bag — at least for those who were stupid enough to not see it and even then they still probably won’t.
