We reside on the 15th floor of an apartment complex and our nearest balcony (can you say fire haven? - pics coming shortly) is on the 14th floor, a pleasant stroll down 1 flight of stairs. This evening I decided to take some pictures to capture my view and share it with the general public. After about 1/2 hour I exhausted all views and put the camera away.

Off to the gym for a workout!

At the end of my workout I stop at the above balcony to get some fresh air after climbing 14 flights of stairs, and I look down … across the fence from our complex there are 5 men in a line standing very still and looking up. Don’t ask me what they are doing but I wish I had my camera on me with my 300mm lens. If I went to my room and picked up the camera, the view would be long gone.

I chuckled at the ironicness of the situation. Here were 5 men taking a wiss a mere 10 feet from a water purification plant. — Not that the water purification plant was much to speak of — but it was one of those funny, pathetic and all around 3rd world — PRICELESS MOMENTS.
